Tekimoka House and Weka Hut offer two unique bed and breakfast experiences. Enjoy quirky and rustic glamping in our secluded and private Weka Hut, or relax in the more luxurious modern guest pod in the owner-occupied Tekimoka House. Both rooms have views over breathtaking landscapes in addition to easy access to Lake Poerua for world-class trout fishing and use of our kayaks to explore its shores. We love nothing more than to provide guests with a tranquil retreat away from daily life: your way.
Discover Weka Hut
Weka Hut is your own little private hide-away where you can cook yourself up a storm, enjoy a movie, or sit on the deck an stare at the chippy flames while enjoying a wine.
Discover Tekimoka House
Our Guest Pod is a completely self-contained unit separated from the main house by a breezeway. It has a modern bathroom, tea and coffee making facilities and comfy king size bed. While not as private as Weka Hut it affords beautiful views of the lake.
